To be eligible for a refund, your software must not have been activated. Once a license key is activated, we will not issue a refund.
If you do not activate your license, we will issue store credit that can be used for a different product of your choice. You have 90 days to use the credit. After 90 days your store credit will expire and you will receive no refund.
Please note: If you purchase an annual or monthly license you will only be refunded what you have spent from the time you requested a refund to the most recent billing cycle. For example, if you purchase a monthly license, do not activate for 6 months and then request a refund, we will only refund the most recent payment. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it is in your best interest to contact us immediately so we can assist you.
